WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bunan Moulin des Costes Charriage is produced from destemmed grapes. Maceration typically lasts between 21 and 31 days, taking place in stainless steel and cone-shaped tanks. Following maceration, the wine is aged for approximately 18 to 24 months in traditional large casks (foudres) and barrels. Domaines Bunan has been committed to organic farming since 2008, achieving biological culture certification in 2011.
