WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Moulin des Costes Rosé is produced using the direct press method, where grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to extract juice. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks over a period of 11 to 17 days at temperatures between 18-22°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a period of aging in neutral tanks. The grapes are hand-harvested between September and mid-October. The estate practices organic viticulture, reflecting a commitment to sustainable winemaking.
