Founded in 1961, the domaine has a long-standing tradition of winemaking, with the current generation continuing a 50-year legacy. The estate is distinguished by its commitment to organic viticulture, a practice implemented across its vineyards. The wine's identity is closely tied to the Bandol terroir, characterized by terraced vines with Mediterranean views. WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Moulin des Costes Rouge is produced using traditional methods at Domaines Bunan. Grapes are harvested manually. Following harvest, the wine undergoes traditional aging in tuns and barrels. The estate is committed to organic viticulture, having cultivated its vineyards without insecticides or weed killers since 2008 and achieving the 'biological culture' label in 2011, with some biodynamic practices also employed.
