WINE MAKING PROCESS
Mucho Mas undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 26-28°C for 10-14 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 3-4 months, during which malolactic fermentation is completed. The grapes are sourced from old vines and are harvested manually. This process is designed to create a wine that is rich in fruit and flavor.
