WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mulderbosch Rosé 2024 is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are managed specifically for rosé production and harvested early to retain high acidity and bright fruit. Following pressing, the juice is treated similarly to Sauvignon Blanc, undergoing a cold maceration of approximately six hours before skin separation. The must is then fermented cool using aromatic yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to enhance vibrant aromas and fresh mineral notes. Early bottling is a critical step to preserve the wine's inherent freshness. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
