ABOUT THIS WINE
Nana is a flagship white wine from Attis Bodega & Viñedos, located in the Val do Salnés sub-region of Rías Baixas, Galicia. Established by brothers Robustiano and Baldomero Fariña, alongside winemaker Jean-François Hébrard, Attis focuses on expressing the authentic maritime character of the region. Nana is crafted from selected old vines of Albariño, showcasing a more structured, complex, and age-worthy expression of the grape than typical young Rías Baixas wines.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo rigorous selection. Fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (foudres). The wine is then aged on its fine lees with regular battonage (stirring) for approximately 12 months, followed by further refinement in bottle. This oak integration and extended lees contact impart a creamy texture and structural depth while preserving the grape's vibrant natural acidity.
