WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Nanfrè Valpolicella is produced from hand-harvested grapes, aged 10-15 years, grown at 200 meters on clay soils. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts for 8-10 days at controlled temperatures, followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Weekly batonnage is performed in stainless steel. The wine ages for about six months in stainless steel tanks. No dried grapes or oak are used in its production.
