WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Black Stallion Napa Valley Chardonnay 2021 is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Fruit from cooler vineyards provides acidity, while fruit from warmer regions contributes body. The juice was fermented and aged on primary lees for up to seven months, with lees stirring occurring twice monthly to build creamy texture. A portion of the wine underwent fermentation and aging in small French oak barrels for six months.
