WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Natenadze Meskhuri White Vildvin is produced using the traditional Georgian qvevri method. Grapes are sourced from wild vines and undergo extended maceration on their skins within buried clay amphorae. Fermentation is natural, driven by indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in the qvevri. It is then bottled unfiltered. The viticulture practices employed are organic and dry-farmed, with harvesting often occurring as late as November. The producer's approach emphasizes minimal intervention and the revival of ancient winemaking traditions.
