WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the Nativa Terra Red Blend 2020 begins with a 7-day cold maceration at 4-5°C to enhance aroma and color extraction. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 25°C. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in a mix of French oak barrels (60%) and tanks (40%). A significant portion of the blend, 60%, is then aged for an additional 8-10 months in barrel, followed by 2 months in bottle prior to release.
