WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Naturalmente Bio Perricone 2019 is produced using organic farming methods. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed before maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25°C for 15-20 days. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel. The wine then undergoes 6 months of aging in stainless steel, followed by 3-6 months in bottle, with no oak aging employed.
