WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Navai-Rriros Garnacha de Bernabeleva emphasizes minimal intervention. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation with wild yeasts in a combination of oak vats, stainless steel, and concrete tanks. Maceration lasts for 5 to 7 weeks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in old oak barrels (500-4000 liters) of French and Slavonian origin, with no new oak used. The winery adheres to organic and biodynamic farming practices.
