WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Nebbiolo d'Alba La Reala is produced using 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of traditional casks and French Allier oak barrels. It then rests for an additional 6 months in bottle before release. This process adheres to the general aging requirements for the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC.
