WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bruno Giacosa Nebbiolo d'Alba Valmaggiore 2017 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for a period of 14 to 25 days. Malolactic fermentation is typically completed. The wine is then aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels. The Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC appellation guidelines are followed for production.
