WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Nebbiolo d'Alba Vigna Valmaggiore is produced by fermenting 100% Nebbiolo grapes in stainless steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 12-month aging period in large, neutral oak barrels (botti grandi). This process is designed to allow the wine to develop complexity and soften its structure while maintaining the distinct characteristics of the Nebbiolo grape and the Vigna Valmaggiore vineyard.
