The L.A. Cetto Nebbiolo Privada Reserva 2017 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation at 28°C to 30°C for 15 to 20 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. It then spends an additional 24 months aging in the bottle before release. The vines used for this wine are over 40 years old.
