Feudo Disisa Nero d'Avola 2020 is an Italian red wine from Sicily, produced by Feudo Disisa, a winery owned by the Di Lorenzo family for five generations. The estate is located in the Grisì area of Monreale, at an altitude of 400-500 meters. The wine is made from 100% Nero d'Avola, Sicily's most important indigenous red grape. The family has a history of combining native Sicilian grape varieties with international ones and were pioneers in planting Chardonnay in Sicily.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Feudo Disisa Nero d'Avola 2020 begins with a selective grape harvest. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures (25-27°C) with 15 days of skin contact. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for six months, with 30% maturing in oak barrels and 70% in steel tanks, followed by a further six months of bottle aging.
