WINE MAKING PROCESS
Neromaestri Lambrusco Quarticello is produced using a minimal intervention approach. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine then undergoes a natural re-fermentation in the bottle to create its effervescence, a technique known as the ancestral method or pét-nat. The winemaking process avoids fining and filtration, and uses minimal or no added sulfur, aiming to preserve the wine's natural character and express the unique qualities of the Emilia-Romagna terroir.
