WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are organically grown in the clay-silt soils of the Rubicone IGT. Following a careful harvest, the fruit undergoes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, primary fruit characteristics of the Trebbiano grape. The wine is aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel before bottling, avoiding oak contact to maintain its crisp, clean profile and vibrant acidity.
