WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested from select vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula. Upon arrival at the winery, they are gently pressed, and the juice is cool-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh primary fruit aromas and crisp acidity. The wine is aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel before bottling, avoiding oak contact to maintain its clean, vibrant, and refreshing character.
