WINE MAKING PROCESS
Noël Leblond Lenoir Brut Rosé is produced using the traditional method for Champagne. The grapes, primarily Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay, undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. A key step in creating this rosé is the separate vinification of a portion of Pinot Noir as red wine, which is then blended with the white cuvée. The wine is aged for a minimum of 24 months on its lees, followed by a minimum of 3 months of rest after disgorgement.
