ABOUT THIS WINE
Nostalgija is a red wine from Vinarija Aleksic, produced in the Vranje region of Southern Serbia. The winery was established in 2006 by three sisters with the goal of reviving viticulture in the area, making it the first and only female-owned winery in the Balkans. Their winemaking philosophy centers on blending family tradition with modern expertise and technology. The Vranje region's climate, with its sunny days and significant diurnal temperature variations, along with clay and sandy soils, contributes to the character of the grapes grown there.
