Nostos Syrah 2018 is a 100% Syrah from the PGI Chania region of Crete, Greece. Founded by Ted Manousakis in 1993, Manousakis Winery is a family-owned estate deeply connected to the Cretan land and its traditions. The winery's name, 'Nostos,' reflects a philosophy of returning to one's roots. The PGI Chania region provides a distinctive terroir for Syrah cultivation. The 2018 vintage benefited from a generally successful European growing season with warm summer conditions.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
