WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested during the cooler hours of the day to preserve their delicate aromatic precursors. Following a traditional low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh fruit characteristics, the wine undergoes a gentle physical de-alcoholization process. Using a state-of-the-art Spinning Cone Column under vacuum, the alcohol is carefully removed at low temperatures, preserving the natural volatile aromas and structure of the Moscatel Galego Branco grape.
