It is bottled in the iconic Albeisa bottle, a symbol of regional identity. The winery's philosophy, established by Renato Ratti and continued by his son Pietro, emphasizes the uniqueness of production zones and the distinctive traits of each vintage, with a focus on the wine's territorial expression.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Renato Ratti Ochetti Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 is produced from handpicked grapes harvested in October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers over 7-10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation, also conducted in steel. The wine is then aged for approximately one year in large wooden barrels, such as neutral Slavonian oak or old French oak. This process aims to preserve the varietal character and territorial expression of the Nebbiolo grape.
