WINE MAKING PROCESS
Offley Cachucha is produced using the traditional Port wine method. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and crushed, followed by fermentation with skin maceration to extract key components. Fortification with grape spirit is employed to achieve the desired balance of body, aroma, and sweetness, with the timing determined by the enology team. The wines are subsequently aged in oak casks in traditional Port wine cellars for a period of 4 to 9 years before being filtered, cold-stabilized, and bottled.
