WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from sustainably farmed vineyards in Kremstal. The Riesling and Müller Thurgau grapes undergo skin fermentation (maceration) for several weeks to extract color, texture, and complex phenolics. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in neutral vessels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur added to preserve its natural energy.
