WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Orange la Collina involves destemming the grapes and macerating them with their skins in stainless steel tanks for approximately one month. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months on its fine lees in stainless steel. The wine is then bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulfite additions.
