WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Oda Winery Orbeluri Ojaleshi Red 2019 is produced using traditional Georgian winemaking techniques. Grapes are fermented with natural yeasts. A portion of the wine undergoes extended skin maceration for eight months, while the remainder is pressed immediately. The wine is then aged for seven months in qvevri, traditional Georgian clay vessels. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered, reflecting a minimal intervention approach. The winery emphasizes organic farming and the revitalization of indigenous grape varieties.
