WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Fidesser*Orbis Pet Nat Rosé 2022 is produced using a Pétillant Naturel method. Grapes are hand-harvested and then undergo a period of maceration before spontaneous fermentation begins. The wine is bottled prior to the completion of fermentation, allowing it to naturally carbonate. Following this, it ages on its lees for a year before being disgorged and topped up with still wine.
