WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Ornellaia 2020 involves the separate vinification of each grape variety and vineyard block. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 18 months in French oak barriques, with a portion being new. After the blend is assembled, it undergoes an additional six months of aging in barriques, followed by 12 months of bottle aging prior to release.
