WINE MAKING PROCESS
Oropasso 2020 is produced using a blend of Garganega and Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are situated on the western Veronese hills at an altitude of 350 meters, with vines aged between 20 and 60 years. Viticulture employs environmentally friendly practices, and the harvest is carried out by hand. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in steel tanks. The 2020 vintage has a residual sugar of 7.43 g/l and a total acidity of 5.20 g/l.
