WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Montes Outer Limits Cinsault 2021 is produced from 100% Cinsault grapes. The majority of the grapes were destemmed and fermented traditionally at 25°C. A small proportion underwent carbonic maceration of whole bunches. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for a minimum of 8 months in ovoid concrete vats. The vineyard practices include dry-farming and head-trained vines. Montes Wines holds B Corp certification, indicating a commitment to sustainability.
