The distinctive bottle design of the Palmes d'Or range is inspired by a young opera singer.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Palmes d'Or Vintage Rosé Brut 2006 is produced using the 'rosé de saignée' method, which involves a controlled maceration of Pinot Noir skins for approximately 72 hours to achieve its characteristic color and depth. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes extended aging in the producer's cellars. Vintage-dated Champagnes are required to age for a minimum of 36 months from the date of tirage (the process of bottling with yeast and sugar for secondary fermentation). The 2006 vintage is described as intense, rich, and mature.
