WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Panizzi Pinot Nero is produced using 100% Pinot Nero grapes. Following hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 12 days, with daily pump-overs. The wine is then aged for 10 months in barrique. Panizzi employs organic and sustainable farming practices throughout its viticulture and winemaking processes.
