WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pascal Jolivet Attitude Sauvignon Blanc is produced using 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from vineyards in Touraine. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. This method aims to preserve the purity of the fruit and the distinct characteristics of the Loire Valley terroir.
