WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Bosio Passato Piemonte Rosso 2021 is produced using selected yeasts for fermentation, which occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in large 5000-liter Slavonian oak barrels. A subsequent short period of bottle aging completes the winemaking process before release. The producer emphasizes a philosophy of creating a wine that reflects its sustainable terroir.
