WINE MAKING PROCESS
Masi Passo Blanco 2019 is produced using a blend of Pinot Grigio and Torrontés grapes from Mendoza, Argentina. A key winemaking technique employed is the *appassimento* method, where a portion of the Pinot Grigio grapes are lightly dried to concentrate their flavors before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of aging in the same medium. The wine then undergoes at least 45 days of bottle aging. Masi Tupungato is committed to organic agriculture, and this wine is fully certified organic. The approach embodies Masi's philosophy of integrating Venetian winemaking traditions with Argentine terroir.
