WINE MAKING PROCESS
Pata Negra Cava Semi Seco is produced using the traditional method, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create its effervescence. The grapes are Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months in underground cellars maintained at a constant temperature. This aging process contributes to the wine's texture and complexity.
