WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Patriale is highly unique, combining distinct regional techniques. A portion of the grapes (particularly the Corvina) undergoes a partial appassimento (drying) process to concentrate flavors and sugars. Each variety is vinified separately in its region of origin using temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit characteristics. After fermentation, the components are carefully blended and aged briefly in oak to add complexity and roundness before bottling.
