Pazo de Orantes is a custom brand crafted by the renowned cooperative Adega Condes de Albarei at their Pazo Serantellos facility in Cambados, Galicia. Originally registered by Spanish supermarket giant Mercadona, this wine has earned a reputation as a supermarket gem for offering an authentic, high-quality expression of Rías Baixas at an accessible price. Condes de Albarei, founded in 1988, made history in 1991 by winning the first international gold medal for a Spanish white wine in Bordeaux.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Grapes are hand-harvested from pergolas (emparrados) in the cool, wet Val do Salnés sub-region. They undergo soft pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts to preserve pure varietal aromatics and crisp acidity. The wine is aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel before bottling, with no oak contact, ensuring a fresh, youthful profile.
