WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pellirosso Negroamaro is produced from grapes harvested in the latter half of September. Following harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for a minimum of six months in stainless steel before an additional six months of aging in the bottle prior to its release. This approach aims to preserve the varietal's character and allow for integration.
