WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Perlat Syrah 2019 is produced from 100% Syrah grapes sourced from vineyards across the Montsant region. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure quality. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with controlled maceration and regular stirring to manage tannin extraction and fruit character. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Cellers Unió employs sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture practices.
