WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted by winemaker Andrew Jones at the Field Recordings facility in Paso Robles, this Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using low-intervention winemaking principles. Sourced from sustainably-farmed vineyards across Paso Robles, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel and oak vessels. The wine is then aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels to round out its robust fruit structure and integrate a characteristic dry, spiced oak finish.
