WINE MAKING PROCESS
Produced and bottled by Field Recordings in Paso Robles, this Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with a low-intervention approach. Winemaker Andrew Jones utilizes 100% native and wild yeasts for primary fermentation. No additives are used throughout production, except for a minimal dose of sulfur post-malolactic fermentation and prior to bottling. The wine is aged primarily in neutral French oak barrels to retain fruit purity and is bottled unfined and unfiltered, making it completely vegan-friendly.
