Persevere Sauvignon Blanc

Persevere is a unique collaboration between winemaker Andrew Jones of Field Recordings and Bitter Pops, a beloved artisanal taproom and bottle shop in Chicago. Sourced from sustainable vineyards across Santa Barbara County, this wine reflects the unique cool-climate terroir of California's Central Coast. The name pays tribute to the resilience of independent hospitality businesses navigating challenging times, making it a wine with both a story and a purpose.
