WINE MAKING PROCESS
Petali di Rosa is crafted using the Charmat (Martinotti) Method, where secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's aromatic freshness. A brief maceration period with the grape skins imparts its characteristic pale ruby color. Fermentation is halted by chilling when the desired balance of sweetness and low alcohol (around 5.5% ABV) is achieved.
