WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Petillant Blanc Esteve i Via is produced using grapes from Avinyó's organically farmed estate vineyards. Grapes are gently pressed before undergoing alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A secondary fermentation, following the Charmat method, takes place in stainless steel tanks with the addition of native yeast and raw cane sugar to create the effervescence. The wine is then bottled in January.
