WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Marrenon Petula Single Vineyard 2018 undergoes a winemaking process that begins with harvesting grapes at night towards the end of September. This is followed by a short period of skin maceration and gentle pressing using pneumatic presses. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for a duration of 4 months.
