WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Piattelli Malbec 2022 is produced from 100% Malbec grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 10 days, using selected yeasts. Malolactic conversion is performed. The wine is then aged for eight months in 225-liter French and American oak barrels of second and third use. Piattelli Vineyards employs sustainable practices, including organic farming in their Mendoza vineyards and a gravity-flow vinification system.
